Review of Ticketmaster UK

NOT a disabled friendly company

I was unable to get an accesibility ticket despite being registered with yourselves and having an access code. This was very upsetting as it isn'? ? ?t the first time it has happened. I'? ? ?m ambulant disabled but need a carer with me, it a disgrace that there were no tickets for an event where you take your own seat and is held in a field!!! How on earth can you do this to a disabled person????It so upsetting to have been treated this way by such a big company.I did attend the event with 5 friends. It was okay, nothing too exciting the act were pretty amateur with fake Swedish accents which we found pretty amusing. It a good job I was with my friends as that was the highlight of the eventAs I have taken the time to leave a constructive review I WOULD like a response. As I have tried to book ambulant access & carer tickets for Halloween Duran Duran with yourselves. Once again no accessible tickets left!! I am not a wheelchair user, but do need assistance. I have done what your company has asked and filled in the forms. Sent off my PIP letters ~ waste of my time as I can never get tickets. Another company I use a lot for tickets ATG it is so easy. I enter my code on their website and look for tickets, I'? ? ?m able to sig anywhere with them at no extra charge for my carer. It so simple. Your system is flawed and I would be so bold to say this is certainly discrimination as it has upset me deeply. I need 2 seats in a venue 1 for me and 1 for my carer. I am able to do a few stairs so really can sit anywhere ( within my capabilities) in a theatre or an arena, but there is nothing on offer!!I will await a personal response as do not feel a standard one will be sufficient
