Event parking was totally unpublicised

Event parking was totally unpublicised, expensive and a LONG walk from the event. Compared to parking for the originally billed Cardiff Castle, which we know from experience is easy. A real fail. Marshalling at the event was adequate, but with the venue shift, what we got wasn't the experience we'd bought - a great pity.

No concert, no communication

The concert didn't go ahead and the day after, I still haven't even had notification from Ticketmaster that this was cancelled.

Fabulous- but wish the early start had been communicated more clearly

It was fabulous- but I wish it had been made clearer that Diana Ross was starting her set earlier than most artists at 7.30pm This was not clear & we ended up missing her first five tracks due to this as it seemed so early I thought the 7.30pm start was going to be a support act - however the show itself with Diana Ross and the Hall'? ? orchestra was amazing!!

The actual experience was very good

The actual experience was very good. Great views of stage and crowd all very nice. The big let down is the absolute inability to organise getting all the vehicles out of the site afterwards as took an hour and a half to even get vehicles moving. Needs to be looked at for future events at the Chelmsford race course.

Lytham Festival, 4/7/25 for Alanis Morissette. event cancelled but no information given by Ticketmaster, still have not received any notification from you that the event was cancelled 21 hours later yet you decide to send me an email saying you hope I enjoyed the event! Are you taking the piss?

Disgraceful

Apart from all the ridiculous fees this company are a disgrace. I couldn't attend the Iron Maiden concert in Manchester so i used the resell feature on the Ticketmaster site. I gave them eight days notice and only asked for the price i paid. They said the ticket had failed to sell, despite every site saying it was sold out. They didn't offer me a refund or any goodwill gesture. I wrote to them five times and they ignored me. This is one of the biggest bands in the world and they are saying they couldn't sell a ticket for an arena that holds 23,000 people. The band sold 75,000 a few days later in London. I will never deal with this scum again. Bands need to start boycotting them.
