Too many emails about the event

Getting bombarded with emails about the event giving the same information is unnecessary. Getting into the arena was very poorly organised and shambolic.

Was impressed by how ticket master get in touch informing me of my tickets and a reminder on the day when the event was due and to copy the tickets into my wallet on my iPhone . Would highly recommend this company .

I received the tickets fine however the

I received the tickets fine however the whole process on arrival was a shambles. We waited over two hours on a queue for the car park and missed the support acts. There was no clear reason why it took so long for the cars to park. There was not an adequate amount of signage so when leaving no one knew where to go. This led to a dangerous situation with no staff in sight.

No contact number

I purchased no view tickets to this gig. I was rushing as the tickets were going fast. Then more tickets were released on the day. That were better tickets. You have no number to call if there is a problem either.

Event cancelled

Event cancelled. Not informed until we turned up in Lytham from Halifax. Not one notification, apology nothing. Bitterly disappointed and then asked to rate my experience. Big fat zero

Ticketmaster is so user friendly, through booking to ease of transferring tickets. My go to app for tickets '? ? ? ?'? ? ? ?

Poor seats - Lana

There was about a third left for standing at the concert. That would have been much better than paying for tickets that were v high up and you couldn't see the stage v well. Disappointed.

Very bad user experience

The app is constantly buggy. I've lost count of amount of times I've had to uninstall and reinstall it. The search for tickets functionality is dreadful it constantly defaults to two tickets and is so basic I think they forgotten it's 2025The resale is pretty useful but unfortunately the user experience like the rest of the app is below par Classic experience created in the USA by people that seem to have no concept of local experiences
