Review Time
Signed up for the Payment Plan for Lytham Festival. Made the first 2 payments up to an amount of '? ?353 and Husband lost his card. Unbeknownst to us Ticketmaster could not take the final balance and emailed us to let us know. Each email went to junk unnoticed. Ticketmaster cancelled our tickets with no refund at all even though the Wednesday night is cancelled and we were due a refund because of that. Now we can not get a straight answer. We get through to agents who say they have escalated our complaint and then no one contacts us and our tickets are still void. We have lost '? ?353 and have no tickets even though that amount would at least have bought tickets for 2 nights for that amount. Very upset
With reference to your Transport ticket which I purchased for transport from Colchester to Chelmsford City Live that said a timetable will be emailed to me - it was not. Despite contacting you via Chat on more than one occasion and still not receiving information of time and place of pick up, nothing was advised. I kept being told the email would arrive before the event (this was on the day of the event). Never received an email from you. At 6:35pm someone from your chat sent me a message to say the transport was leaving at 4pm. THAT IS MORE THAN TWO HOURS after the transport had already been and gone. Not good enough, Ticketmaster. Very stressful. Waste of money.
The concert itself was brilliant.Justin Timberlake was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the venue for parking was ridiculous. 3 hours to get in and almost 4 hours to get out. The venue is not suitable for that amount of vehicles and the stewards were diabolical and disappeared helping no one
The tickets we were sold were for side view, we have had similar before . These tickets, you were sat below stage level, the view was of the back of a guy on a mixing deck, could NOT SEE ANYTHING ELSE . This must have been a CO-OP Arena decision, but you should be concerned you are selling tickets that are not as described , RESTRICTED VIEW as could not see anyone on the stage
Absolute s##t show. Drove 4 hours for the concert to be cancelled a few minutes before the first act. Still no email to let us know. And a how was the concert email the next day? Still no communication!! Not acceptable really. Cancellation may not be anyone's fault but making the decision so late was, the information was available all day and the lack of contact before during and after is a joke!!
Information was always up to date. Entry system was brilliant and well organised. Stage and lighting were fabulous. Bands, what can I say, but mindblowing! Only downside was that what appeared to be 20k plus more people walking back to cars took an hour, and then yet another hour to leave the car park, but unfortunately, it is what we have come to expect from Powderham.
