Was sold a parking ticket for Lytham festival. When I arrived both car parks were closed and so had to find on road parking. I'? ? ?ve raised the issue with Ticketmaster and they suggested I should have asked for a refund before the event. I'? ? ?ve pushed back that I can'? ? ?t possibly have asked for a refund prior to the event, so they'? ? ?ve now escalated it. They'? ? ?ve now sent me an email to ask me for my opinion of their service - so they'? ? ?ve currently get one star.
The concert itself was great. I believe it was the first 'Chelmsford Live' gig.Arrival and facilities were all good. Leaving the site was a DISASTER!! It took longer to leave the car park than time spent watching Justin Timberlake on stage and this was with paying '? ?25 for 'premium parking". They need to sort this situation out, it became quite dangerous

I received confirmation on June 5th, 2025, stating that payment would be issued within 13'? ? ?17 working days, but to this day, I have not received anything.Worse still, I encountered errors when trying to verify my seller information, and the platform provides no clear way to confirm if payment is being processed.Their customer support is also lacking '? ? ? despite claiming to respond within 24 hours, I'? ? ?ve received no replies to my emails within that timeframe.This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable for a company of this size. I expected better.
I bought a 1-day Friday ticket for Leeds Festival 2025 through Ticketmaster in December. After I bought it, the festival lineup and site setup changed significantly '? ? ? which, under Ticketmaster own policy, means I was entitled to a refund.What followed was months of delays, endless generic copy-paste replies, and broken promises from multiple support agents. I had to fight for months, send countless emails, and push them over and over again just to get back the money I was clearly owed. Their system is designed to wear you down until you give up '? ? ? but I didn'? ? ?t.In the end, they refunded me only because I refused to accept '? ? ?no'? ? ? for an answer and held them to their own terms. No apology worth anything, no goodwill gesture, just wasted time and energy.For a company this size, this level of customer service is embarrassing. I was unable to use my tickets - I advertised for resale - unbelievably for a Stevie Wonder show, no takers!! Cost me a lot of money for 2 tickets and no refund - not even a partial refund. It's a rotten system. You've just lost a customer!
