Review of Ticketmaster UK
I'? ? ?m very disappointed with Ticketmaster handling of resale payments. I received confirmation on June 5th, 2025, stating that payment would be issued within 13'? ? ?17 working days, but to this day, I have not received anything.Worse still, I encountered errors when trying to verify my seller information, and the platform provides no clear way to confirm if payment is being processed.Their customer support is also lacking '? ? ? despite claiming to respond within 24 hours, I'? ? ?ve received no replies to my emails within that timeframe.This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable for a company of this size. I expected better.
