Review Time
I paid '? ?360 for 2 tickets for the Lana Del Ray concert at Hampden park to have an obstructed view because of the sound system. There was nothing mentioned when I booked the seats. I could've had cheaper tickets further away with a perfect view. Strangely enough the entire block we sat in was nearly empty apart from us and a few others. As if they weren't allowed to sell tickets in that area and ours slipped through the net.
The event (Lytham festival) was cancelled due to adverse weather and ticketmaster didn'? ? ?t even bother to message us. We were notified by ticketmaster of the timings being brought forwards and then arrived on site to see a giant LED board notifying people of the event cancellation, with all taxis being turned away by event organisers. Shocking lack of consideration. We had to keep letting people know back at the hotel.
I paid for car parkig but I was told at the gate that you did not have to pay!It was a exceptioally log walk to the veue from the carpark!It would have been good if we could have taken a chair into the veue as after such a long walk my husbad who suffers from painfull kees needed to sit down and there was nowhere for him to sit.When the concert finished and we had walked back to the car park it took 3 hours for us to get out of Powderham and back onto the main road. Duran Duran were brilliant
Spent '? ?360 on 2 vip meet and greet tickets for assembly rooms london did not receive any coms from ticket master regarding the event so I messaged them early on the day they pointed me to live nation who then sent me back to ticket master by which time we had left to get down there got there at just gone 6 told to go to back of que then told we missed the vip it happened at 6 then get in the venue and ask about the vip area we have paid for to get treated like criminals not one person had any interest in looking at the vip tickets so basically we paid 360 for 2 general admission tickets I will never use ticket master again after this I am disgusted this was for my daughters birthday present some present that turned out to be can't find a customer service phone number or email to complain to and the app well live chat where they have no idea about the events I mean come on you took 360 quick enough you should at least of sent us timings for the event it's disgusting
