Quite disappointed

Quite disappointed. I paid nearly '? ?400 for 2 tickets that were described as '? ? ?Aisle Seated Tickets'? ? ?, and they ended up being obstructed by a big overhanging object. I could not see half of the screen and had to bend down/sit on the floor in front of my seat to see properly. There was no mention of this obstruction on my tickets.

How could you ask for feedback on an event that was cancelled?The first time Ticketmaster has been in contact. No other communication regarding refund.

With very few staff directing guests it

With very few staff directing guests it was very difficult to find the VIP entrance. We queued for 45 minutes and then we were told we needed a bracelet so had to go to another part of the venue to obtain one and gain admission.

I tried contacting you to resell the

I tried contacting you to resell the tickets as we could not attend due to legal works with a barrister and court.I had difficulty in downloading the tickets then you had no resale section. I tried and tried and failed,. We lost '? ?300 on the tickets so extremely dissatisfied.Disgusted with you and AXS and all login information

General running of event was poor

General running of event was poor, would never return to Chelmsford race course. Took 3 hours to get in to car park and missed all supporting acts. Took a further 3 hours to get out and car parking was not on site as described. Very unhappy. A great shame as Justin Timberlake was fantastic

Event cancelled and still not contacted about refund ! Also left until hour before to cancel

This time ticketmaster you were rubbish

This time ticketmaster you were not at all helpful. My email account got blocked and I couldn't get my tickets through the BST app., as i coukdnt verify that email. You were in no way willing to help so we actually missed the concert 270 pounds down the drain.

Issue with Google wallet

I couldn't add the tickets to my Google wallet despite multiple messages from Ticketmaster saying I should do. It told me tickets were allocated to another account. Ticketmaster help chat advised some events can't be added to wallet but this didn't seem to be the case. I got in using the app but it was quite stressful thinking there might be a connection issue following all the emails/texts
