I sold my tickets on Ticketmaster

I sold my tickets on Ticketmaster, they sold the same day but 9 days later I am still waiting for any money, clearly they have had the money from the person who bought them but they tell me I have to wait 17 working days to receive it. Why? They have the money? Why they have the right to hold on to it for 17 days. I will not be using them again yo purchase tickets. Awful company

Dynamic pricing is a joke and a rip off

The ticket was easy to use and it good that you cannot screenshot the ticket. Dynamic pricing is a joke and unfair. I tried to buy a commemorative ticket but it showed the Murrayfield venue when I was going to the Cardiff venue. Priority should be given to members/subscribers of the official bands/artists webpage and prioritised based on how long they have been subscribed.

Event cancellation

The event got cancelled due to the weather which I understand from a safety perspective but had no contact from ticket master advising the cancellation, only via social media and the event organisers also no mention of a refund.Yet I get an email from yourselves to give a review on how the concert went

Resale of tickets -long delays in payment

So its the first time I resold my tickets via ticketmaster. Unfortunately due to illness I couldn't attend a gig, so I thought I would use the offical channels to resale at a vastly reduced price as the gif wasn't sold out and I just wanted some money back. Anyway I set everything up and the tickets sold really quickly. Then I waited and waited and waited. I chase up the payment, but apparently you have to wait 17 working days! Why I don't know as these type of payments are instant. Anyway after chasing and chasing I was told a manual payment has been processed - why manual when everything is automated and I now have to wait a further 10 days! 27 days for money to be paid I to my account, what a joke. No wonder people sell via other channels

We were not allowed to screen shot

We were not allowed to screen shot tickets so when we got to the gate in the middle of a field we had no WiFi,staff did sort it but stressful.Also in vip area with only 2 food options had to wait 2 hrs for a pizza ,no food allowed in so not ideal. Also bus transfer very painful slow, missed the first act even though was at bus stop virtually at the start of the time slot. Need to re think the accessibility of the venue

For an accessibility platform

For an accessibility platform, it was situated in a poor position - quite far away from the stage - had a tree blocking the right-hand screen - had fatty smoke and paraffin wafting from the kitchen stands throughout.

my wife and i attended the diana ross concert in liverpool on the 30th june 2025. firstly the concert was fantastic and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.Our original tickets were changed and are new tickets were for block 1 row k12 and 13. when we arrived we found it was difficult to download on my wife's mobile due to poor wi-fi at the arena. not your fault. Luckily my wife printed a copy of our ticket from your website which despite your insistence was mobile entry only the staff managed to scan and we were allowed in. not the only people there who had this problem. when we got inside our seating was changed yet again to block3 row a seats 69 and 70.No explanation given but suspect due to not enough seats sold for concert as we noticed 2 other blocks on opposite side were completely empty. seats in our opinion were not as good as our previous tickets. we found people who were seated in the floor area were up and down and getting in peoples eyeline so could not see the artist a lot of the time. i know this can be difficult to control but i felt the stewarding at the venue was poor to say the least. i myself and the person next to me had to tell people to move because they were constantly blocking our view. Considering we paid over 200 pounds for our tickets we did not have a great experience and we would now consider not attending any more concerts. we are still not sure why we had our tickets changed so much. i think we should be entitled to a part refund for all the changes as our original tickets would have afforded us a better view and not the subsequent problems we then encountered. i await your comments on the salient points i have brought to your notice. mr ian mccann.
