DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR EYESIGHT AND AFTERCARE

Having submitted reviews previously and got absolutely nowhere with customer services, I now find myself going to the OCCS to get a resolution to my complaint.Optical Express simply do not care that their consultation versus results of surgery, do not match. It is clear that their ethical code is non-existent.DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU ARE TOLD ON YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION. Once they have your money they do not care about surgery outcome or aftercare.My eyesight is worse than before I had surgery and it's cost me a ?6k plus for them to ruin it.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.UPDATE after response from Optical Express: interesting that you recommend a referral to the OCCS who are unable to negotiate a financial settlement. A 'clever' move by you to ensure you keep my payment for the 'botched job' you performed on my eyes.I have distributed an email on my work network which has been sent to in excess of 9500 people. I have received several replies from people who were considering a procedure with you. I'm glad to report that they are now looking elsewhere. You can 'refute' all you like. The number of negative reviews on Trustpilot speaks volumes for your level of service.No need to reply to this review as I have established just how hard-over you are on keeping my hard earned cash. I'm done with you apart from a final email to my expanded work network to warn as many people as I can of your ethics. Over 70,000 people will hear from me.

my wife and i attended the diana ross concert in liverpool on the 30th june 2025. firstly the concert was fantastic and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.Our original tickets were changed and are new tickets were for block 1 row k12 and 13. when we arrived we found it was difficult to download on my wife's mobile due to poor wi-fi at the arena. not your fault. Luckily my wife printed a copy of our ticket from your website which despite your insistence was mobile entry only the staff managed to scan and we were allowed in. not the only people there who had this problem. when we got inside our seating was changed yet again to block3 row a seats 69 and 70.No explanation given but suspect due to not enough seats sold for concert as we noticed 2 other blocks on opposite side were completely empty. seats in our opinion were not as good as our previous tickets. we found people who were seated in the floor area were up and down and getting in peoples eyeline so could not see the artist a lot of the time. i know this can be difficult to control but i felt the stewarding at the venue was poor to say the least. i myself and the person next to me had to tell people to move because they were constantly blocking our view. Considering we paid over 200 pounds for our tickets we did not have a great experience and we would now consider not attending any more concerts. we are still not sure why we had our tickets changed so much. i think we should be entitled to a part refund for all the changes as our original tickets would have afforded us a better view and not the subsequent problems we then encountered. i await your comments on the salient points i have brought to your notice. mr ian mccann.

I generally love this pool but today was CHAOS

I generally love this pool -- it has done wonders for my spinal rehabilitation -- but it was utter chaos today, and ongoing problems have got seriously worse.Yes, it was very sunny. But did they have to let so many people in to sunbathe? The pool was just about unusable for swimmers. Especially once the indoor pool was inexplicably closed. Did the staff scheduler not look at the weather forecast several days ago?The men's showers are great but only two of them were working today. This is even worse than normal. There are roughly ten, and they are all needed even on normal weekday mornings.I had left some sunglasses in the men's changing rooms on my last visit. Getting a staff member to check the lost property was a huge trial, as I was sent backwards and forwards between front desk staff, lifeguards, and the poolside manager. I will be complaining about the latter's bad attitude separately.

Online change leaves you unsettled

Making a minor change to my car insurance policy online left me unsettled, not knowing what effect it has on the policy or cost, other than RIAS issuing a new insurance certificate. And they don't seem to understand it would help if the process tells you there is no change.
