my wife and i attended the diana ross concert in liverpool on the 30th june 2025. firstly the concert was fantastic and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.Our original tickets were changed and are new tickets were for block 1 row k12 and 13. when we arrived we found it was difficult to download on my wife's mobile due to poor wi-fi at the arena. not your fault. Luckily my wife printed a copy of our ticket from your website which despite your insistence was mobile entry only the staff managed to scan and we were allowed in. not the only people there who had this problem. when we got inside our seating was changed yet again to block3 row a seats 69 and 70.No explanation given but suspect due to not enough seats sold for concert as we noticed 2 other blocks on opposite side were completely empty. seats in our opinion were not as good as our previous tickets. we found people who were seated in the floor area were up and down and getting in peoples eyeline so could not see the artist a lot of the time. i know this can be difficult to control but i felt the stewarding at the venue was poor to say the least. i myself and the person next to me had to tell people to move because they were constantly blocking our view. Considering we paid over 200 pounds for our tickets we did not have a great experience and we would now consider not attending any more concerts. we are still not sure why we had our tickets changed so much. i think we should be entitled to a part refund for all the changes as our original tickets would have afforded us a better view and not the subsequent problems we then encountered. i await your comments on the salient points i have brought to your notice. mr ian mccann.
