Having submitted reviews previously and got absolutely nowhere with customer services, I now find myself going to the OCCS to get a resolution to my complaint.Optical Express simply do not care that their consultation versus results of surgery, do not match. It is clear that their ethical code is non-existent.DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU ARE TOLD ON YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION. Once they have your money they do not care about surgery outcome or aftercare.My eyesight is worse than before I had surgery and it's cost me a ?6k plus for them to ruin it.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.UPDATE after response from Optical Express: interesting that you recommend a referral to the OCCS who are unable to negotiate a financial settlement. A 'clever' move by you to ensure you keep my payment for the 'botched job' you performed on my eyes.I have distributed an email on my work network which has been sent to in excess of 9500 people. I have received several replies from people who were considering a procedure with you. I'm glad to report that they are now looking elsewhere. You can 'refute' all you like. The number of negative reviews on Trustpilot speaks volumes for your level of service.No need to reply to this review as I have established just how hard-over you are on keeping my hard earned cash. I'm done with you apart from a final email to my expanded work network to warn as many people as I can of your ethics. Over 70,000 people will hear from me.
