False information shared in listing and zero accountability taken afterwards

There was incorrect information shared on the listing we ended up signing for. Linley & Simpson advertised the property as being in council tax band A when it was actually in band B. What made this worse was the response we received from a member of the team when we queried it. No accountability or apology was given, the agent said that the original listing was created a number of years ago and it wasna ? ?t their job to check that the information in it was up to date before reposting. This careless behaviour and lack of attention means that me and my partner have signed a lease which is costing us more money than we thought it would. As I say, the worst part was the complete lack of accountability from Linley & Simpson afterwards.

I sold my tickets on Ticketmaster

I sold my tickets on Ticketmaster, they sold the same day but 9 days later I am still waiting for any money, clearly they have had the money from the person who bought them but they tell me I have to wait 17 working days to receive it. Why? They have the money? Why they have the right to hold on to it for 17 days. I will not be using them again yo purchase tickets. Awful company

I spoke with James and he was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through my support plan and ways to improve it. He listened to my concerns and solved all of my issues. He answered my questions with language I could understand! Website work is not my primary job so it always feels overwhelming when some speaks in jargon I don't understand and this was not the case! Feeling much more confident about the security and health of my business website!
