The seats were awful charging '? ?200 a ticket and not being able to see the stage is robbery. Why sell tickets when you stick a big grey tent up in front of the seats. Proves all about money.

Event cancelled without any

Event cancelled without any communication whatsoever. Had to find out from a member of the public at the gates of the event at 5pm. We even received a text message at 4:43pm to say that timings had changed slightly. No communication from Ticketmaster or the event organisers to let us know the event was cancelled. The weather forecast had not changed since 9am, my elderly parents travelled 5 hours that morning. The serious lack of communication is shocking

Sold our tickets to us as good view

Sold our tickets to us as good view only to be there and not be able to see the stage at all due to sound towers blocking the view! Just another occasion where Ticketmaster have let us down

No guidance was sent as to what and what couldn'? ? ?t be taken into the Park to watch the concert. Such as size of water bottles, food etc

The Whole Afternoon, Evening was brilliant. All Three Acts were phenomenal. I'd waited Years to see Simple Minds live and without any doubt it was worth the wait.

Souvenir ticket for Oasis

Never got a souvenir ticket ! Never knew if it was coming in the post or whether to pick up at stadium. Instructions in email were non existent!

Sold 4 shuttle bus tickets I didn'? ? ?t need

I dislike that I was allowed to purchase shuttle bus tickets and a car park ticket I assumed the shuttle was to go from the car park to the venue, but the shuttle went from Exeter to the venue and back not needed if you went by car and parked in the car park that you bought a ticket for!
