Accessible ticketing

Had a really bad experience with trying to book accessible ticketing. Followed the correct procedure and emailed relevant information over. Still waiting for a response from them. Adding to my anxiety. Would not recommend booking accessible ticketing if you are looking for an easy process.

Atrocious

The concert was good but the transport which we paid for through Ticketmaster was an absolute joke, no organisation whatsoever, not enough buses. Crowd surges with no control, fighting. It took us two hours to get onto the shuttle bus!!!

Fanatstic customer service from Ticketmaster. Asking how I enjoyed Alanis Morisette the day after the concert was cancelled!! They really should know it never went ahead, especially as they will be handling the refunds

Really poor customer service

Event cancelled. Despite having many emails and texts in the build up to the event and a couple just an hour or so before the event, no notification received or details on how to get a refund really poor customer service.

Exiting the car park was atrocious

Exiting the car park was atrocious, lack of staff and generally complete chaos, took hours to get out the car park. I will never go to Powerdham Castle again! Duran Duran were great plus support, but the car park fiasco ruined the evening

Misleading ticket sale

Apart from the usual difficulties booking tickets and the usual unexplained chaos, I get 2 tickets that claim are front standing. On the day we walk around the stadium for over 10 minutes a distance that is only 2-3 if you go up the stairs to get in from the far side of the stadium and find out they front standing is excluding the front 15% of the stadium. This is misleading at the very least regardless of anything else.
