Ordered tickets on presale for '? ?100 per ticket. As it got closer to the show ticket prices reduced dramatically to '? ?24 a ticket. I could have gone for '? ?50 instead of '? ?200. VIP tickets reduced to the cost of the ticket I purchased but no option to upgrade.
My ticket did not transfer to my own account, when a friend transferred it I was unable to accept the ticket and I was unable to get into the event. Ticketmaster UK has no helpline and when we contacted Ticketmaster through email the advice we were given was unsatisfactory in helping our issue.
Bedford Park is an amazing venue, small enough to feel intimate, you don't feel squashed and in terms of the ticket price to get KT tunstell, Alison Moyet and Simple Minds was amazing value for money. They were all great, but Simple Minds were mind blowing, highly recommend. The only downside is that since the Park Sessions started several years ago the prices for drinks and food this year were extortionate, '? ?10 for a small can of sparking wine, '? ?7 for a tray of chips, nearly '? ?7 for a small beer, so paying London prices, which isn't in the spirit of what the Park Sessions were set up to be, which was a small local celebration of music. My 70 year old friend even got the Werther's original sweets in her bag questioned as to whether they should take them off her, which is ridiculous! Come on organisers have some common sense.
I can't believe you're sending me this email when it was cancelled at 6pm. We hadn't seen as there wasn't much signal in the pub we were in. We walked down for 7pm to discover it was cancelled. I'm presuming we will be notified about receiving a refund ?
Booking Reference: TFVTXJKI bought a theatre ticket through Ticketmaster and got the confirmation email, but the ticket never showed up in my account or app. I contacted support within their own 72'? ? ?48 hour policy to request a change or refund, and instead got dismissed.After pushing back and escalating by email, they finally told me my case was sent to their '? ? ?complaints team.'? ? ? That was after I quoted their own terms word-for-word. No refund yet. No solution. Still waiting '? ? ? and no sign of urgency on their part.Honestly, this feels like a bait-and-switch. You pay, you get no ticket, and support treats you like an inconvenience. I'? ? ?m now preparing to file a chargeback because I'? ? ?ve done everything right and still got nowhere.If this gets resolved, I'? ? ?ll update this review '? ? ? but right now, I'? ? ?m out of pocket and out of patience. AVOID.
