We have been with Linley and Simpson for a number of years now as Landlords We have confidence in leaving all aspects related to the management of our flats in their hands. They are always quick to respond to issues raised by our tenants which means we in turn can authorise repairs etc to go ahead with as little delay as possible. Kirsty, like all the agents we have had contact with in Leeds, was quick to pick up and respond to our emails and take the necessary action.

The strap didn't fit even though it was suppose to be a verse 4 strap. When I wrote to customer services they said the verse 3 straps can also fit a v4. Unfortunately it didn't and it also looked slightly different to the one I ordered. I've returned the product waiting for a refund.

I prepaid for parking in Ch'?teauroux railway station. I followed all instructions and when leaving had to pay my bill a second time. I e mailed customer service three times with copies of my bank statements showing how the money had been taken twice. They didn’t even reply!!! This is a dreadful company. Avoid at all costs!

I continue to be impressed with Oura. Something seemed to be off with the battery life on my Gen 4 ring. After a quick chat with "Finn" (their AI expert), my concerns were escalated with a promise of a response within 24 hours. Even though my initial conversation was over a weekend, by Monday morning, the Oura team identified an issue, and without any further engagement on my part, they asked me to verify my ring size and my shipping address get me a replacement. Most "chat bots" force you into frustrating conversations before escalating a problem. NOT so with Oura which was a true breath of fresh air. I've been an Oura owner since 2019. Every company should borrow a page from their book. Stellar experience all the way around!

Hallo Anne,Bedankt voor je review. Wat balen dat de re-board panelen niet zijn geworden wat je ervan had verwacht. Rafelige en gekartelde randen klinkt als iets dat niet hoort. Excuses daarvoor! Zou je mijn collega's van de serviceafdeling een mail kunnen sturen met foto's van wat je ontvangen hebt? Dat kan naar [email protected] o.v.v. je ordernummer. Terrible experience! They use the hotel's URL to make it look like you are booking with the hotel. However, that is not the case. In our experience, the hotel never received the confirmation. We requested a refund, which was finally confirmed. However, the refund was not received. We are now on the phone with support again, requesting a refund. The support is very unhelpful.
