Review Time
Firstly, it was a fantastic day. I am extremely satisfied with it. Thank you very much.There is one problem. We Japanese could not download the Ticketmaster app and could not download the souvenir tickets. We were not able to get souvenirs on site where they did not contact the management when we informed them about this at the venue. This was the same for both days, 4 and 5 July. So I have not received my souvenirs. I am already back in Japan, is it possible to have the souvenirs sent to me?
Gig cancelled Lytham Festival Alanis Morrisett due to high winds we had got dropped off and were making our way to the venue weather was bad and can understand why it was cancelled,I have now received an an email Sunday 6th with refund pending we are gutted as probably won't get chance to see her again now
Absolutely abysmal! Understand the concert being cancelled due to high winds and rain but that forecast was predicted four days prior to the event. So to arrive at the event at opening time to find out it had been cancelled with no prior warning is terrible. Hotel accommodation, train fares and extra taxi fares to the event is a massive loss of funds for nothing. Will never attend Lytham Festival again as the queuing reviews are very off putting also.
I wad very disappointed with my whole experience. I choose and booked my tickets received digital copy to attend, no probs and happy looking forward to the event. Recieved multiple emails about attendance with venue nothing unexpected. We arrived at the event in time to get in, and get to our seats to be told on scanning in my tickets that needed to que for tickets inside no explanation. I was then in a long que, no understanding why. Due to the show being about to start we were then told (those in this que) that because the sold only 500 tickets that they were closing the upper balcony where our seats where and "upgrading" us to seats which would have cost '? ?30 more. This was last min, no prior notice, no email to book and choose new seats. We ended up with seat right on the edge of theater, when previous seat were central, restricted view as couldn't see part of staging and people on the edge, we were most disappointed. On top the person who announced the show then tried to get audience members to buy tickets or encou4ges others in London at discount price for '? ?20 so I have paid nearly '? ?50 for a seat i would not have picked sold i was upgraded when our whole party could have gone in car to london with tickets for less money!!!! Complete joke. Whole event so disorganised and very unhappy with the whole thing. Likely to not use this venue in derby again but will go to Birmingham or Notts in future.
The event was cancelled to see alanis morrisette in Lytham festival as we arrived we found out via Facebook not from Ticketmaster or the event and no news still on refund status spent 600 on tickets plus 300 on hotel etc for nothing and no courtesy of a message
The gig to see Alanis morissette was cancelled 5mins before the gates opened. Totally understand weather was really bad. We had no contact from you at all to say its cancelled and you've just asked how my experience was seeing the show is....really!!
