I resold my tickets on the Ticketmaster website. I received an email saying my payment was on its way & I would receive it within 5 working days. I didn't receive the payment so contacted customer services. They responded with an email saying my issue had been resolved (which it hadn't) & no reply as to where my payment was. I am now in the process of claiming it back through my card provider. I shouldn't have had to do this but for some reason Tickmaster are withholding my payment & customer services are avoiding answering why.
