Resale is not working efficiently , i could not attend a concert so i put my ticket up for resale on ticketmaster their policy is that if your ticket is resold by them you will not get more money than you a tually paid for the ticket , fair enough i say , another policy is that they will pay you direct to the bank account you have recorded on their website within 17 working days which is , given that working days are generally accepted as mon-fri , a total of 3 weeks and two days, so 23 days , i did in fact get an email from them to that effect however In my case the 23 days came and went and no payment was received so i logged on to my ticketmaster account but could only give my complaint via a chat bot , i gave it my story and it said payment would be made within 30 days , i knew this was wrong and told it the bot then said an agent would email me within 24 hours , the 24 hours came and went with no contact from ticketmaster at all so i decided to double check the 17 days thing , i went and read their terms and conditions and it really does say 17 working days so i went back on my ticketmaster account and chat bot again giving my story and this time it said again that an agent would contact me within 24 hours.What a carry on , they sold my ticket 5th june 2025 its now 1st july 2025 its poor poor service hanging on to my money for so long , its automated and should be paid to my the day after they sell my ticket because they will for certain have already been paid by the new owner of the ticket
