Review Time
I ordered online a product for click and collect which was supposed to be same day collection from Norwich store. After waiting hours for a confirmation email, it was supposed to be ready in under an hour, I went to the store anyway. There was no apology from staff who said my order wasn’t even on their system yet. Why???? Al they did was kept saying I should have waited for an email. I told them I was displeased and to cancel my order. They said they would but obviously they didn’t as 3 days later I received an email to say my “ same day collection” item, what a joke, was in store now ready for my collection. I then had to go through the procedure of cancelling the order. I am still waiting for my refund. I am not happy at all 😡
We bought a fridge freezer, paid for door reversal, delivery and installation... The driver rang to say they were 15 mins away, they turned up on time, installed and reversed the door professionally, the drivers were polite and left everything clean and tidy.
