Review Time
Purchase Of ipadFurther to my original complaint that I was not contacted directly be them and have still not been except today they sent me confirmation of my tech being available which I collected three days ago. The missing email is four days late. No other apology type or any other email has been sent to me. It seems they state that on the website but do not actually bother to do it.
The delivery hasn’t arrived yet hence the bad score. I expected I could collect at store but after I purchased, I was told it would be delivered . I was nt told by DPD when my item would be delivered and therefore I was out when it came. I tried to contact them to see if it could be delivered to the store so I could collect in my own time but an automatic response says it can only be delivered to my address. Now I have to try to rearrange the delivery and wait or hopefully tell them to leave with a neighbour .
The customer service was practical non-exsistent at least 4/5 staff stood around talking so we approached a member of staff who we took to be a senior manager or asst manager and she seemed quite knowledgeable when we asked her which wall mounted bracket we needed for a Sharp . Roku 40 inch but we have just attempted to fit this bracket and it is NOT the one required so we will be returning and going elsewhere.
