Review Time
Sent the wrong spec of laptop, also the box was damaged. No one seems to understand or care about the issue. I’m now waiting for a hefty refund and the very expensive laptop seems to be tracking in Nottingham somewhere with little security.
Ordered a t.v.click and collect in the evening , got confirmation but dont come yet (fair enough store was closed ) then no word all next day , decided to go to local store where there was 9 t.vs in stock , he could see my order but it hadn't been processed , after a tonne of faffing about the guy decided my only option was to but another t.v there and then , go home , and ask for a refund on the other , he could see my order , see i'd paid but apparently couldn't t give me my telly
