Unreliable, undependable and inpenetrable

Failed collection. No updates given. Wasted day waiting and system not updated to let me know if courier was coming or not. Response from Bot was that a customer service representative was looking into my issue and would respond in 24 hours! No use to me whatsoever. Poor tracking, dire service, inaccurate information and no updates. Appalling customer service and deflected by Bot rather than speak to a human being when requesting a call back. If it was not for Sports Direct, I would avoid your service like the plague. I sell alot on eBay and NEVER choose your option as a delivery service as you are unreliable and untrustworthy.

Pleasant, friendly driver and was kept in the loop with regards to my delivery. I knew exactly when it would be delivered. If, for some reason, it was going to be early/late, I was informed in plenty of time

Left in the rain...

The delivery driver left my package outside my front door in the rain. Most of the contents were OK but one item was very wet.There were several places it could have been left to keep the package dry.
