Parcel arrived glass smashed to pieces. Raised complaint which they obviously didn't read as they got back to me thinking the parcel was lost. Sent reply detailing damage with a photo, still replied as if parcel was lost. Completely hopeless
I asked for a parcel to be returned Friday was when it was supposed to get picked up….
