Review Time
The worst delivery company in my area. The same excuse is always given, ‘we tried to deliver but nobody in’. We have security camera’s and no Evri delivery ever recorded. Either days/weeks late or not at all. Was told by our regular Evri delivery (L) that he was given too much work and had resigned.. he was back within days. Same issue occurred today, no notification of delivery but strangely enough we got a failed attempt. Why do businesses use this company? It’s a pity Amazon can’t offer delivery via an alternative company on some orders. All other delivery companies deliver here without fail. I’ve seen Evri responses to all 1 star reviews, standard ‘ring us to discuss’. Impossible to get through to Evri.Cynical customer care.
I don't understand how this company is still in business, the moment I find out Evri is delivering you can always count on something going wrong I'm actually sick of it. This time the delivery guy just sent a picture of him putting the package in someone else's window. I mean you'd expect the guy to be able to read the door number it's absolutely frustrating.
