Review Time
Yet to receive my parcel! They supposedly attempted a delivery on 14/06/2025 which is possible as I was out however the email communication I received stated that they would attempt delivery 3 times yet no further attempts have been made! I contacted them and was advised by email that they would aim to get it delivered yesterday but yet I still haven’t received my parcel! Contacted them again to be advised it is on its way but still says sorting at their hub! To be honest I don’t think you should have to wait well over a week for something you have paid for! I have had previous bad experiences with them too as I live in a block and on a couple of occasions my parcel has been left at the bottom of the block and could easily get taken! Shocking service all in all!
Didn't even knock at address. Got an email saying parcel which had ?200 of stuff in was delivered to a neighbours step just sat in the rain. Went out to get parcel an driver was walking up path with a card to say it had been delivered to neighbour when it hadn't. It was dumped on their step and they hadn't knock there either to even attempt to hand the parcel to a human.
