Review Time
Absolutely shocking excuse of a delivery company. It's happened on multiple occasions that delivery drivers left parcels outside, unattended or delivered at a wrong address. This time, my parcel is 'lost' and has been for nearly a month now. The seller refuses to issue me a refund apparently and Evri will more than likely never bother to find or deliver it anyway. I will avoid any and all businesses that use their services for any deliveries in the future because Evri clearly can't be bothered to vet who they hire...
I got two parcel, one from Adidas and another from temu, surprisingly both the parcel was teared off and tried to fix them by tape!!! Though nothing was missing but it's so disappointing. I guess I ordered kids items that don't match the need so I got them otherwise things might be missed ??
