Absolutely shocking excuse of a delivery company. It's happened on multiple occasions that delivery drivers left parcels outside, unattended or delivered at a wrong address. This time, my parcel is 'lost' and has been for nearly a month now. The seller refuses to issue me a refund apparently and Evri will more than likely never bother to find or deliver it anyway. I will avoid any and all businesses that use their services for any deliveries in the future because Evri clearly can't be bothered to vet who they hire...
