Awful service

I was expecting 2 parcels one from tatti lashes on Sat 1 from shein. I received an email to say my shien parcel arrived 11 items of clothing. Went to the door the tatti lashes small box was there. No shein parcel. Being contacting your company since Saturday no one has replied to me. Shein thinks the parcel has been delivered they can't do anything about it. Awful customer service can't even speak to a human.
