Linley and Simpson MOULD

Linley and Simpson have ignored an issue of extensive mould for three months; same time as increasing the rent. It is beginning to affect my health. They are now withholding my entire deposit with TDS.

I had to go through a different store since they could help me with Amazon.

I had to go through a different store because the original place I had issues with ordering and no one from katapult could help me. So I didn't get to order everything I wanted because they told me it was my phone or the site. If you have stores or sites on there why is there an issue when we try to order from them.

Joining day

We approached a lovely young lady at the desk and we asked about membership for my son who receives pip for a number of conditions and me as his full time carer. She was very patient with my son whilst he downloaded the app, she than assisted him in completing his membership and uploading his documentation. She than explained how it works, setting me up with a membership and processing both our fees and talked us through the process. My son isn't good at coping with strangers but she was so lovely, non patronising to either of us and explained everything very clearly. Not only was she polite, respectful but really kind and helpful and didnt make us feel like we were a hinderence, especially as she had to deal with several other people whilst we were there, I apologised for taking her time but she stressed she really didnt mind at all. She was lovely.

Worst on-line shopping website

Worst website ever/great products. So infuriating that the Penhaligons website is so full of glitches. Makes it almost impossible to shop on-line with them. Products get 5 stars, website gets 1 star!

What a useless company

What a useless company. Take your money, say they will deliver in 2-3 days and then 17 days and 2 emails later they STILL dona??t respond to you saying where your order is. No telephone number to get hold of anyone and no response to emails. Dona??t order from them. Utterly useless!

I ordered the dream blanket, large.Words can’t express but I’ll try! SO soft and luxurious, like ur wrapping yourself in soft butter. We need an XL large size please! I have a king size bed and need one to fit that genre. My bf was doubtful but immediately stole it from me! I don’t wanna share so I’ll b buying another one but prob two, one for his house haha! The cats immediately got to baking those biscuits, so everyone is happy!

Great service from Nicolas at Curry’s Kettering.

Was served by Nicolas at the Kettering branch, have dealt with him previously when purchasing a new laptop, he is very knowledgeable and helpful and gives you all the options etc. Anyhow I purchased a new controller for my XBOX as mine had stick drift that couldn’t be fixed, I also opted for the 3 year cover as it was only ?10 extra on top, great piece of mind, great service, Thanks Nicolas.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! I spent over $200 on merchandise that I never received! Customer service keeps telling me they can’t give me any idea of when it will ship (which it was ordered a month ago) because the warehouse is “backed up with orders.” I am furious! I tried to cancel my order & was told I couldn’t. Also, they made it to where nobody can see comments on their FB page. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Volgens Trip.com was mijn vlucht geannuleerd en kreeg ik te horen dat ik een alternatieve vlucht moest nemen. Ik heb netjes akkoord gegeven voor de omboeking, maar nu blijkt mijn oorspronkelijke vlucht toch gewoon door te gaan, en moet ik €100 bijbetalen om terug te boeken.

Booking on the website indicated was not the final invoice. It was tripled by the time I paid.For Example, on the Website, for the duration of my stay it stated ?222 (3 nights). And when I clicked on Book Now, the next page was to enter my details and submit. Next thing I get is a confirmation email for ?661.85.This was nowhere indicated on the website at time of booking. When I called customer service, they said that the increase of cost was due to taxes, and they broke down multiple taxes that I was being charged for which was not indicated or mentioned on their websites. This is false advertisement and misleading and should not be allowed to do this.Update: I have reached out to Guest Reservations as per their response to my review, and have had no response. Thus making me think they are scammers. I have since then reported my incident to the crimes unit and this company has been flagged up as fraudulent.My case is now under investigation. I have yet to hear from GuestReservations.comI have fallen victim of a fraud. Please be aware of that and they should not be trusted.If you are also a victim please raise this to stop this company from inflicting their schemes on anyone else. They must be stopped.
