Customer service is lacking. They take a few days to respond and give you the run around. I was told they would honor the buy one get one sale on Black Friday, but have been going back and forth with the same person (Rebecca) for almost 2 months now. Its January 20th and this morning Rebecca sent me an email not remembering our email conversation and stated that my order is completed. If she just looked through all the messages we exchanged in the email chain she would see that I have not gotten my free bag. Either multiple people are “Rebecca” or Rebecca just has very short term memory. Also, I got my first bag… It took almost 2 months to get and it feels cheap and flimsy. Don’t purchase. The bag sucks and their fake customer service is even worse.
I ordered two bags from them in November 3rd and was told it would take about 3 weeks to get to me. I was due to go on a cruise Dec 20th. I wrote a woman named Julia (who was apart of the company) asking for an update because I never got one and even asked if i was being scammed to just let me know. So I would quit writing them. She responded back saying I was not being scammed and sent me a an update. Dec 20th came I didn't have my bag. I returned on Dec 28th and to my surprise my bags did arrive just after I needed them. So no I don't recommend this company because they don't communicate often and are not accurate with their shipping times
bought 2 for 1 andgave one to my sister. my sister is very particular about having her belongings organized a certain way. the luhxe bag helped my sister section organize and limit extra bags for our trip. she loved the color feel space and organization that comes with this bag. the luhxe bag is great for packing my family of 4 for over night trips.
I ordered a bag Dec 11th as a Christmas gift w/ roller for $169. The website socials didn’t link to anything, no about us page and there was only one way to contact them: through a support email. Those concerns should have been enough to deter me in addition to what looked like fake feedback on their website and no reputable feedback on the internet (until I found this later). My wife really wanted this specific bag, so I went forward with the purchase. I even added shipping protection & lifetime warranty for $10. The order details were emailed to me but a week later I had no updates. I reached out on Dec 21 just to see if a tracking number had been initiated but not sent to me and there was some hope of it arriving by Christmas. They responded with a free gift and letting me know they would send tracking soon, they had a logistics issue. At this point I knew it wouldn’t make it in time, so I let my wife know we had a problem. We still didn’t have tracking from them days later and finally Christmas Day they send a tracking number from China. The bag arrived on Jan 4th, nearly a month from the day or ordering. It didn’t arrive with the roller we purchased and there is no tracking number for that item. If you look on Temu or Amazon, the same looking bag (maybe the same bag) is being sold for $49. This feels like a shell of a company created to capitalize on a viral idea and Instagram/TikTok hit and reselling the bags from another supplier. Sadly this was a terrible experience and I can’t recommend this bag or this company to anyone.
Terrible delivery service, also be careful if you don’t pay attention they might tack on an extra order and if you try to cancel they will intentionally not get back to you, nor give you the ability to cancel an order. Scam product, scam customer service don’t buy. Complete scam artists!
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I only put one star because it did not give an option to give no stars. I ordered the rose roller bag edition 2.0. However, I received a regular bag with the rolling apparatus. The bag I received does not have the feature to attach to the roller attachment. I contacted the support service by way of email. I have been in contact with Anthony. I took pictures of the bag which showed I received the wrong item. I then, received an email response from Anthony after the pictures were received by luhxe stating that they would send me the correct bag after seeing the bag that was delivered to me was the wrong item and It would take 7-12 days for the correct bag to be delivered. Once I emailed Anthony back saying thank you and asking for a tracking number, Anthony sent me another email stating upon review of their records, I received the item with a picture attached to the email. The picture that Anthony sent was the original delivery of the wrong item delivered. This company is a SCAM!!!!! Save your money. I have taken next steps due poor customer service. GIVE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY PAY FOR!!!!!
