ONE Star is way too high. I ordered in November and the product still hasn't shipped. So, I ordered May 26 and it came today (6/21), which was slightly frustrating- but given the tariff situation in the US currently, not particularly surprising. 1st impressions: there is a strong chemical smell, but I've hand washed it with some gentle detergent and it's air drying, which seems to have helped. (I'll follow up if it comes back.) It's heavier than I expected when empty, which hopefully bodes well for its sturdiness. All the zippers were functional and smooth. All in all, it's what I purchased. Just docked points for the smell. I have a trip end of July that I plan to use this for, so I'll update with how effective it is at allowing me to pack more efficiently.
This company took 2 months to deliver the order-- in two parts. Week after week I was promised it was coming for Christmas. It did not arrive until February. The customer service responded, but with cheeky comments and then unfilled promises.
Unfortunately I never receive my order and when I expressed this to the company they basically brushed me off every time by sending me tracking numbers that would say no known information It wasnt until I mentioned the ftc that they started looking into why my order was delayed. The original tracking email showed that the shipment originated in china on 12/11 for a month without any know movement. So I asked for a refund because like I expressed to them they were gifts for people I ordered this shipment on November 23rd. When I asked for a refund they kept trying to give me a 10% or 20% off my total because they don’t want to refund me but once I was a adamant about my refund. They charged me a 25% restocking fee on my return. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LUHXE COMPANY TO NO ONE. I almost feel like I’ve been scammed
I ordered 2 travel bags with wheels as Christmas presents in early December. Before ordering I was assured via email I would receive in plenty of time. Here we are almost 2 months later and they are still in transit. Last update via usps was 10 days ago. There is no support and no explanation, other than it's out of their hands. I have requested refund as this is ridiculous and there is no customer urgency on their side to try and resolve.
