So, I ordered May 26 and it came today (6/21), which was slightly frustrating- but given the tariff situation in the US currently, not particularly surprising. 1st impressions: there is a strong chemical smell, but I've hand washed it with some gentle detergent and it's air drying, which seems to have helped. (I'll follow up if it comes back.) It's heavier than I expected when empty, which hopefully bodes well for its sturdiness. All the zippers were functional and smooth. All in all, it's what I purchased. Just docked points for the smell. I have a trip end of July that I plan to use this for, so I'll update with how effective it is at allowing me to pack more efficiently.
