If I could give it zero I would. These are flimsy, Chinese crappy bags that were sent to me without the roller I ordered. They're not made well and they look like the redneck cousin of what is in the ad. They were also sent without receipts or a packing slip, which I am still trying to get the company to send me, as well as finding out where the rollers are. Also? They won't send you a return label for returns and charge you a re-stock fee. Today is my day off so I will be blasting this shite company all day. Terrible product, worse customer service.
Terrible. I’m so angry. I bought 2 bags that I wanted to give as Christmas gifts on Black Friday and they never came. Why are people so terrible? I can’t believe so many people make a living scamming others. Don’t do it! They have plenty of bags like this on Amazon and from other more legit companies. I have no idea how to get my money back, but I’m going to try.
Ordered November 11th. HUGE order. Received one piece from the order and other items cannot be tracked. These were supposed to be for Christmas. I've reached out to customer service to cancel several times, each time, apologizing with no information and just today they offered me a 10% discount with no delivery information. SCAM!!!
The snaps were missing from this bag! Without the snaps the bag is useless. I ordered it in October and it is now March and I am still fighting with the company for a new bag or a refund! Both bag and customer service are terrible.
I’ve been researching different bags for long term travels. When I came across your bags, I was very impressed by the amount of clothing you claimed would fit in your bag and it’s ability to provide a carry on, rather than a checked bag for my trips. When I received your bags I got together clothing, shoes and incidentals to see if your claims were true.They were!I found I ended up with more than enough room to pack up my things and still had room for some purchases.I’m very glad I purchased both bags since my son is going to London for a couple of weeks this fall and this will be an excellent carry on for him also!
