Are there lower stars? -100, First the ring around emails with different first name women. Then the purposed speedily delivery, however four months in and I can’t get a refund, I’m also refused one, until I return the bags. Conveniently, huh? I wait until my bag arrives. Best part is the tracking number they gave me doesn’t go to an order, but something is being tracked in circles around the facilites of The Dallas Airport. DO NOT BUY!
If I could give them a zero I would! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency in fulfilling my order. I placed and paid for my order on 11/13, and over a month later, I still haven’t received it. Customer service has been unhelpful, providing only generic, canned responses. To make matters worse, I was told I can’t get a full refund, which feels completely unfair—especially since I no longer want the item. I could have ordered from another company and had my product by now. One star because zero isn’t an option. To date it is 12/31 and still no accurate tracking information.
I ordered from them in November. I got an email saying my package would ship soon. It never did. I emailed several times in December and got no response. I told them I would file a dispute with my credit card company. Still no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company in January. I then got an email from Luhxe saying that the chargeback was in my favor and they would refund me. They then said they shipped my order in the same email and then told me to send it back to them after already refunding me. Who does that?? Also, it came from a random woman in Texas after being shipped from China apparently. Whatever is going on here, it is not legit.
I would give zero stars if I could. All I can say is avoid them! We are already back from vacation and still don't have our bags that we purchased over a month ago.They can't stand by shipping times.Their customer service is slow and just blames their logistics partner.They offer refunded discounts, but then don't do it.They offer extra product, but then say they can't actually do it. They remove any comments or reviews they don't like instead of addressing them.From my experience, they are just a SCAM. They will take your money and give empty promises.
I am incredibly frustrated with the complete lack of communication and follow-through regarding my order placed on November 4. Despite receiving an email promising an upgrade and an apology for the delay, my order has still not arrived, and with Christmas just days away, it’s clear I won’t be receiving it in time for the holiday.What makes this situation even worse is that I’ve had to travel to Europe and Florida without the item, and I have another upcoming trip. I’ve received zero updates, and I’m extremely concerned that my order is still nowhere to be found.It’s appalling to see that you are still actively accepting new orders and promoting sales, while clearly failing to fulfill existing ones. I would strongly urge you to stop taking new orders until you catch up with your backlog and can deliver on your commitments.Additionally, last week, I was sent a tracking number, but when I checked the status today, the link showed that the number doesn’t exist.I am beyond frustrated with this experience and expect immediate attention to resolve this. Time is running out, and I am relying on your company to fulfill my order.Extremely dissatisfied
The weather is very nice the zippers I think you could use better quality for those we unzipped it the smell was terrible i've got some little gel packs the silica I threw them in there hopefully that will absorb some of the smell I understand it's packing after it's process that's not a problem. It's a very sturdy bag we're going to take it on a cruise I'm going to put soap on the zippers to help them slide better handles are great it took less than 3 weeks to get it very happy about that and I love the color of mine.
This bag is fantastic!! All the hype is completely accurate. I bought the bag and the wheels adapter and I have never been more happy with a bag in my entire life! You can pack so much into it and sliding it onto the wheel cart, which it has a pocket in the back for turns it into a much easier option for getting around whether going through an airport or bringing to the car for a weekend away…. I highly recommend this bag.
