Review of Luhxe
I ordered from them in November. I got an email saying my package would ship soon. It never did. I emailed several times in December and got no response. I told them I would file a dispute with my credit card company. Still no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company in January. I then got an email from Luhxe saying that the chargeback was in my favor and they would refund me. They then said they shipped my order in the same email and then told me to send it back to them after already refunding me. Who does that?? Also, it came from a random woman in Texas after being shipped from China apparently. Whatever is going on here, it is not legit.
