placed an order then immediately decided to cancel it. Customer service responded and asked me if I wanted 20% off or a refund, i said refund. they never responded. We did this back and forth for 4 days. I filed a dispute through paypal and I'm hoping I get my money back. If the bag shipped and I do get it they say they accept returns but I doubt that they will and I'd have to pay shipping and restocking. total scam!
I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I ordered a bag the end of December and have yet to see it. I've been getting the runaround with emails stating it's a tracking problem, a logistics problem, a weather problem, a guaranteed arrival of 7 days maximum and now back to the beginning of a tracking and logistics problem. This company is a scam!
What a waste of time. I ordered my bag in mid November and by early December I reached out to find out where it was. Blah blah blah...excuses excuses. By December 12th I'm worried it won't be here for Christmas. Was given a tracking number...it's shipping from China. They're throwing in packing cubes for free bc of the inconvenience which is supposedly shipped separately from the impression they gave. Christmas came and went...no bag. Told them I didn't want it and by Jan 3rd one of the tracking numbers said it was out for delivery...in Minneapolis...I live in Florida. By this time I reached out to American Express to dispute the charges. I emailed the Luhxe folks wanting the refund. They replied with their policy saying I would have to pay for return shipping before they issued a refund. Me and American Express laughed. AMEX reversed the charge and I got the credit on my bill. And the 2nd tracking number? It was held up in LA before the fires started...LAX was not shut down, and miracle of miracles, it was released from LA last week where I followed its tracking number to Dallas, and then this past week, the tracking number disappeared from the website. They told me in December, that once it ships, its out of their hands and they can't do anything about it like cancelling the order. I guess they could get with the shipping company afterall. My review is for a one star bc I can't give them a negative one.
I purchased a Luhxe bag the first week of December. Did not arrive as promised for Christmas. Got it by the second week in January. My daughter was so excited to use it. We went on a roadtrip and she used the bag. It was not overfilled and it was never out of our view. The seam along one of the zippers came loose making the bag completely unusable. Literally less then 24 hours we had to buy a new bag to use to get her things home. The customer service at Luhxe is nonexistent. Every complaint is responded to with an AI generated chain letter that requests photos of the damaged luggage. I've sent them the photos and when I do I get this response: "To help us investigate the issue effectively, could you please send us a picture or video of the issue of the bag? This will allow us to forward the details to our manufacturer for further examination." Eventually the company said they would help me. Instead of refunding the cost of the bag or replacing the bag they refunded me the $10 I spent to buy the "lifetime warranty". Think about how absurd it is to take $10 from people on a warranty and instead of honoring that they give you back the $10 if you complain. So anyone that doesn't have an issue they just pocket the $10. Beyond unethical business practices.
I ordered 2 bags based on a BOGO 1/2 off . 1st I was charged full price for both.2nd I never recieved a 2nd bag despite being charged. 3rd the cosmectic bag i also ordered was never recieved.I have disputed the charges and have not recieved any response. I have requested a lable to return the one bag to no avail. I refuse to pay $400 for items i have not recieved or am satisfied with.Customer service seems not to exist...
My husband and I took a trip to Europe with just copy-ons, and these bags were perfect as our personal items. I tucked an extra one inside my main bag, filled it with souvenirs for the trip home, and it worked like a charm. Super handy, held up well, and I've already told a few friends to get one too.
My ex-husband used to control every penny I spent including "unnecessary" luggage fees. Well guess what honey. I'm 54 and FREE now this bag means I never have to think about those fees again! Took it on my first solo vacation to Italy ( eat your heart out, Gray) and it was absolutely perfect. Fit everything I needed for 2 weeks of la dolce vita. Every time I walked past the check-in counters I thought about how he used to stress about every little expense. Not my problem anymore! This bag is my declaration of independence.
