Review Time
I didn't know it was coming from China and how long it would take. I was also charged a $50 fee in San Francisco which was totally unexpected. I do like the bag though. Wish I would've gotten either the off white w/brown or the black. But this is a nice bag.
Was at my book club and these younger women were bragging about their "minimalist packing" and how "older people just don't get efficient travel." Oh really? Well I just spent 3 weeks in New Zealand with nothing but this bag while they would have needed multiple suitcases for a weekend trip. Sometimes experience trumps attitude, ladies. The bag performed flawlessly and I felt so smug walking past all the checked luggage drama at the airport.
This is the absolute worst company ever! I do like the product but it took over 7 weeks to be delivered then my order was incomplete. I specifically ordered these bags to go on a trip and it wasn't even here in time which is why I wanted to return them. But they wouldn't allow me to return them said it would be here shortly weeks went by, and when I did contact them they just kept telling me it's on its way it's on its way. I am still trying to get the cosmetic bag that I never received. When I contacted them about it they wanted me to send a video of all the things that I received when I opened it. Well of course I didn't have that so I took pictures of everything. Looking for their into it it would be a big deal even to return everything. So I've decided to contact my bank and have the charges rescinded. And I will let everyone know to never purchase from this company!! It's been 4 months plus, and I am still waiting for the rest of my order.ANYONE PLANNING TO ORDER THESE BAGS PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT ON RETURNING ANY ITEMS!
I ordered two of these bags on November 24th for Christmas as my daughter in law is taking the family to Hawaii. Today is Christmas eve and the bags haven't left China yet! I have contacted Luhxe customer service several times. The have emailed back stating they were sorry and will let me know when it ships. I told them repeatedly if it wasn't here by yesterday I wanted to cancel my order. Of course it hasn't arrived. Now I get to shop on Christmas eve so my daughter in law has a gift. We open our gifts on Christmas eve and have a big dinner then church. This starts at 3pm and this sucks that I have to shop now because of Luhxe's poor delivery.
