I ordered two of these bags on November 24th for Christmas as my daughter in law is taking the family to Hawaii. Today is Christmas eve and the bags haven't left China yet! I have contacted Luhxe customer service several times. The have emailed back stating they were sorry and will let me know when it ships. I told them repeatedly if it wasn't here by yesterday I wanted to cancel my order. Of course it hasn't arrived. Now I get to shop on Christmas eve so my daughter in law has a gift. We open our gifts on Christmas eve and have a big dinner then church. This starts at 3pm and this sucks that I have to shop now because of Luhxe's poor delivery.
