This is a scam

This is a scam. Ordered and paid 12/7, nothing arrived until a month later. Only the bag, not the roller wheels. Kept sending emails they have yet to resolve it, it is now 2/13. No refund, no rollers.

SCAM

SCAM! I ordered on Dec 7 since it said arrive before Christmas. The 2 bags were presents. I contacted them on December 12 since it hadn't shipped and they told me yes it did and they gave me a bogus shipping number. When I Realized it wasn't going to arrive by Christmas I contacted PayPal and the company again. The charges are currently in dispute. I finally had tracking that showed that it was going to be out for delivery a month later. That day the tracking showed that the package had been requested, returned by sender. The company no longer will respond to me And has removed my comments on Facebook and blocked me from the page. They are not honest you will not get your merchandise. I have a PayPal dispute

I placed my order in Dec

I placed my order in Dec. I got a tracking number shipping date on Jan 3. The tracking number never worked. The tracking number disappeared. The company won’t refund me and just keep saying they’ll update me when they can. Total scam.

Ordered roller bags and no rollers sent

They sent me the 2 bags I ordered but no rollers. I wrote to customer service the day I got them. I now just received 2 more bags but no rollers with them either. So now I have 4 roller bags and no rollers for any of them. I've written Rebecca in customer service, I've sent pictures also and I'm hoping to hear back. My package also came from someone in Texas so that must be their contact here in the US.

Ugh! Do not order!

Ugh! Wish I would have checked the reviews. Ordered on November 11th. Tracking number says UPS does not have product yet. Despite the website saying you will receive a response to your email ( only way I have found to contact this company) with in 12-24 hours I have received no response at all to 4 emails. Going to dispute through my credit card company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! Same issue as all the other reviews. Ordered this in mid November for a trip and then the other was going to be a gift. No response to emails on order status -no tracking updates! Super disappointed sadly I was hesitant to purchase should have listened to my gut.

Love the Hanger!

Bought this for a 7 day family cruise to the Bahamas. I was hesitant to try the hanger compartment since I'd never seen anything like it before online, but thankfully it worked great! Kept all of my dresses perfectly smooth. 10/10
