HORRIBLE. would give negative stars if I could. Ordered two bags on a buy one get one Black Friday deal the day after Thanksgiving for Christmas presents. It’s now January 17th and no bags but I now have FOUR stupid luggage carts. I have asked for a refund multiple times and tried to cancel the order but they say no to both.THE WORST company and a complete scam.
Ordered the bag Nov 2024 for 3 upcoming trips in December and early January.Numerous emails to support provided apologetic responses but no real answers as to the ETA for my bag.After weeks of tracking the bag (and it progressing at a snails pace) in early January decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had a feeling if I didn’t act in time, I may never receive the bag and my chance to dispute it would pass. I placed the dispute with my credit card company a week or so ago and today received a notice from Luxhe that they were canceling my order and refunding my money because it was taking too long to get it to me. In the same email, they mentioned that I had filed a dispute with my credit card and could I reverse it.After reading other reviews I’m glad I acted when I did. Super sketchy experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered the bags like many others and when they arrived one had the zipper pull missing and the other had the snaps on backwards. Immediately emailed their customer service and was told they would send replacements right away. Waited two weeks, no replacements. Emailed again- same response and still no bags. Opened a dispute thru Affirm in the interim. Emailed customer service requesting a full refund since the merchandise was defective and was informed I had to pay to send it back to them. Yep you read that correctly, they do not provide return shipping labels for defective products. Still waiting on my refund of almost $300. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
If -1 was an option I would rate this company a negative. Shipping takes almost 2 months! These bags were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Quality is terrible! Return policy is a joke! They will charge you a restocking fee of -20% and you have to cover the shipping. Who knows how long it will actually take to get my refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company.
I wish I could give them no stars. I ordered two bags, one with roller, December 6,2024. I was hoping to use for cruise end of month. Cruise came and no bags. Email always apologizing for the delay. I returned from cruise in January. Still no bags. Finally came but no roller. Sent email and roller should be sent out. As of February 5,2025 still no roller. If I return bags I’ll be charged restocking fee and shipping. If bags take so long to receive my refund probably would never be issued! SCAM!!!
The bags that I ordered (2 of them) are really nice! The quality is better than I expected, and they really do hold a lot of stuff. I tend to overpack, and so this allows me the luxury of brining what I want. The only thing is to make sure you order the wheels. Apparently they don't just come with it... and it didn't ask me if I wanted them so I assumed they came with it
I would give it zero stars if I could. First, I only ordered one bag, and then as the order began to process all of a sudden a second bag was added to my order. When I told them, I did not order two bags, they only said that they couldn’t stop the bag from coming so they would give me 20% off of the second bag and I thought oh what the heck I’ll go ahead. I waited a month and a half for it to get here and both of the bags smell terrible. It’s almost like a chemical smell mixed with something dead. I’ve had the bags open for days. I’ve tried putting fabric refresher on it. I’ve tried putting the bag closed with really good smelling dryer sheets, and I cannot get the smell out, and that means that I cannot use the bag or gift the other bag. Highly do not recommend that you purchase this product now my journey begins with the process of getting my money back and I don’t know what that’s going to look like yet.
