Review Time
I ordered my bag three weeks ago and have yet to receive it, despite paying for express shipping (3-7 days). Customer service thanked me for “my patience,” but did not offer a refund of shipping costs. I am going to have to dispute through my bank.
I ordered a roller bag 11/18/24. Received it 1st week in Jan. It had a note that the roller was being shipped separately. I requested a tracking number for the roller and never received one. I sent numerous emails telling them I did not receive the roller. I have yet to receive the roller or an a reply email stating they sent it and it’s now Feb. Terrible customer service. Now I have a bag I cannot use because I can’t carry it, the reason I bought the roller bag version.
Terrible design, all clothes slide to the end and bunch up in the garment sleeve leaving everything so wrinkly . When watching videos , they make it look like individual pockets for outfits. Way too expensive to be such a disappoint and a poorly designed bag. Waste of money . Was looking forward to using on trip to Italy. Gotta switch last minute on bags now
This was the worst online shopping experience I had EVER had! The order was ridiculously delayed and every time I inquired, I got platitudes and apologies but no information on where the product was. I requested a refund and was told they couldn’t issue one because the bag had been “reshipped.” Finally got it today and am sending it back immediately for a full refund. I don’t want to own anything from a company that has dreadful customer service and no integrity! The travel bag looks like a winner but the company? Losers!! Find what you’re looking for somewhere else, trust me!
Poor communication. Completed a purchase on 4/20/25 and received order approx 10 days later. Charged immediately.Company sent emails saying I had items left in cart. I responded that I did not order additional items and had completed and paid for my order on 4/20/25. They charged my card a second time anyway on 4/30/25 $50 more than the original order in spite of my emails. In late May I received a box from Luhxe. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and return mailing slip for the unauthorized order. They have not responded to my requests, nor refunded the money. There is no phone contact number to speak with anyone. I have not had an opportunity to use bags from the first order however I know from this experience that this is not a company that I would recommend doing business with.
Wish I had found all the bad reviews and not trusted the ads! Ordered the BOGO offer, paid $300+ and only rec’d one bag. Sent emails to their support email, no responses. Also used their main site and sent three info notes. NO responses! There is no customer service phone number so you just wait. DO NOT BUY! I contacted my bank and successfully contested the charge.
