Review Time
Don't order from Luhxe. I placed an order, and when I checked through their tracking, it showed my order number being delivered BEFORE I had even placed my order. I emailed them 4 times, and by the third email finally heard back from the first one. They said it was shipped, but waiting for information from their logistics partner. I checked my order number again through their tracking, and at that point the order number couldn't be found. Shop never had tracking for them either. I went through the resolution department for a refund, and within two days the company refunded the money, and "canceled the order". That tells me the order never was shipped. This was all in a three week span.
I saw an ad for these bags and thought they would be perfect for my trip coming up. I paid express shipping which meant they would be here in 5-7 days. Standard said the max was 10 days! I never received tracking info until I reached out to the support. When you order you also get told you can purchase another bag at a discount which that one as well is delayed with no tracking! Support team gave me tracking for only one order and won’t refund me the express shipping when the order was clearly never put through as express! One of the bags was a birthday gift. It’s late for the birthday and my trip!!!!
I purchased my bag for an upcoming Alaskan cruise for my 60th birthday. I loathe checking bags but also need options for clothing choices in my travels. So far, I have utilized my bag for quick weekend trips so I can get in plenty of packing practice before our cruise at the end of June.I really thought it was going to be bigger, but I’m not disappointed- I upgraded to the roller version because I plan to pack it FULL for our cruise.I love it! As an educator, I appreciate efficiency- and this bag checks all of those boxes! I see myself totally plugging this bag at every opportunity! Any appreciation felt by you guys for said plugs for discounted stuff is more than welcome’ 😂💋
I recently received my new Luxhe travel bag. Really excited about it. I did a practice packing and was truly amazed how easy I could pack for a week's worth of clothes in one bag. I am very happy with my Luxhe and happy it will be my carry on luggage.
Hopefully soon I can write a decent review but I just received 1/2, of my order after waiting over 2 months for it. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and each time they say it it in transit when it clearly was not. I finally got one of the twoBags I ordered then asked for a refund on just the one I did not get and yet again I am getting the run around and they are wanting photos of what I did get and said they will send the missing bag. They simply refuse to issue a refund. My suggestion is do not do business with Luhxe! If they make this right for me I would love to come back and revise this review. It has been very frustrating to say the least plus these were to be Christmas gifts so when they did not arrive until mid January I had to go out and te purchase something else on a fixed income. Note they were ordered on November 6 and the partial Order arrived on Jan.10!
