Don't order from Luhxe. I placed an order, and when I checked through their tracking, it showed my order number being delivered BEFORE I had even placed my order. I emailed them 4 times, and by the third email finally heard back from the first one. They said it was shipped, but waiting for information from their logistics partner. I checked my order number again through their tracking, and at that point the order number couldn't be found. Shop never had tracking for them either. I went through the resolution department for a refund, and within two days the company refunded the money, and "canceled the order". That tells me the order never was shipped. This was all in a three week span.
