Hopefully soon I can write a decent review but I just received 1/2, of my order after waiting over 2 months for it. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund and each time they say it it in transit when it clearly was not. I finally got one of the twoBags I ordered then asked for a refund on just the one I did not get and yet again I am getting the run around and they are wanting photos of what I did get and said they will send the missing bag. They simply refuse to issue a refund. My suggestion is do not do business with Luhxe! If they make this right for me I would love to come back and revise this review. It has been very frustrating to say the least plus these were to be Christmas gifts so when they did not arrive until mid January I had to go out and te purchase something else on a fixed income. Note they were ordered on November 6 and the partial Order arrived on Jan.10!
