Do NOT purchase from this company.Based on the reviews they seem sketchy.My experience is EXACTLY like one of the documented reviewI ordered 1 ROLLER bag in November 2024 (post black friday). The bag did NOT arrive until after New Years.When it did arrive, it was NOT a roller bag. I immediately contacted the company (via email). NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE. "Amanda" responded. They requested and I sent pics of what arrived. She responded that the rollers will be sent. 3 weeks later still NO rollers or Response to my 2nd update inquiry.The delivery takes so long that if you want to cancel or dispute it may be pass the deadline. Probably a calculated strategy.....Larceny!!
I have not recieved my bag. When I ordered I was told 7 to 10 days. It's been 21 days as of today. Support responded when I asked where bags were made. Very vague when asked where they shipped from. I needed this bag for a trip. It's been sitting in customs. Since the 16th. I'm very frustrated. I have sent 2 messages in the past two days and no response.
The bags themselves were really nice. But it took over a month for the bag to get here and I paid for expedited shipping. Since it was so late I couldn’t even use it for the trip. Additionally they say 100% refund everywhere on their site except for the actual refund policy page which is not. 20% restocking fee and paying for the label- the label cost us $60. Great bag, not worth it.
I wish I could give a lower rating! I received a damaged bag and the website says you can return it for a full refund. First they offered me 15% off, then 20% and now 25$ but they refuse to let me return it for a refund. No NOT fall for this trap.
