Obviously wanted to like this bag, cool design, but terrible quality. I wanted high capacity, but quality issues limit how much you can actually put in here. Packed a light 3 days of clothes with a laptop and toiletries, made it a quarter mile before the strap snapped off. Was told that the bags can only support the weight of clothes when I asked customer service (?). Zipper rips open and is poor quality; also almost immediately lost two of the snaps. Pleather material sometimes develops a plasticy odor. Not a great purchase, wish I’d gone with a more traditional, sturdy bag. Looks nice though
Company responded very quickly to my concern with professionalism. I was so excited to look forward to using one bag with the ability to hold 14 days worth of clothes however, the handle is very flimsy and even though I didn't overpack or pack heavy clothing, the luggage tips over time and time again which is frustrating. The bag itself however is nice, just be careful of the zipper as well.
I have experienced the same as below. I ordered 6 bags for Christmas. 3 bags did come. They were wrapped and sealed in plastic so I gave the bags as gifts in the plastic. When my family members opened the gift and opened this plastic a putrid smell off fish permeated through the room. We "aired" the bags with a fan blowing on them and sprayed them with fabreeze. There is still a heavy fish smell. I asked to return these items and they told I have to pay the shipping and a 20% percent restocking fee. The 3 bags that still haven't come, I tried to cancel and even though it still hasn't shipped in about 3 weeks they say they can't cancel. If I choose to return them once they get here I will have to pay shipping and a restocking fee.If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could rate this company an ZERO I would do it. I ordered the item November 26. I continued to wait for a tracking number and didn’t receive one until a week later after sending email to their customer service. Finally I received a so call tracking number and every time I would input the tracking information my order was not traceable and no information. It now Jan 4, 2025 still no updated information so I contacted my bank and I placed a dispute with the company that the bank is investigating. Please DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!!
The customer service for order inquiry was quick and professional. Received the bag and roller in a timely manner. They both were packed very well. The bag was everything and more. I am a plus sized woman and I was able to easily pack two weeks of clothing,shoes,jewelry, and toiletries with ease. The roller is easy to attach and moves easily. Removal is just as easy. Highly recommend this back.
