Review Time
I ordered from Luhxe on December 2, 2024. They had a really good promotion on their bags. I wanted them for Christmas presents, I still haven’t received them. It is now February 13, 2025 and I have sent many emails and received many emails back, but still not received anything. I thought this was a reputable company but as of today I am thinking otherwise. I sent another email today, let’s see if they respond. Very dissatisfied
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It won't be worth the headache and aggravation. EVENTUALLY (it took MONTHS) part of the bag was delivered, but I cannot use it because the roller portion NEVER ARRIVED. I have had surgery and cannot lift luggage--that is why I purchased this. Without the roller, though, it is useless to me! After 4 MONTHS of back and forth emails with Customer Service and putting up with all their lame excuses, the roller portion STILL hasn't arrived. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LUHXE--you will regret it!
I really have not used my bag as of yet. But, I always packed with too many suit cases so now that I can only use one, (that's remain to be seen). I will let you know in the future, if I can pack all that I need with out a large and small suit case.
I’m so glad I got this bag! I went on a ten day trip where I needed to pack multiple suits and another 5 days of dress clothes. I already had a garment suitcase, but I bought this one just in case. I’m so glad I did! It fit all of my (business) casual clothes and then some. It also saved my first bag from being overweight! My only gripe is that when packed, the bag gets heavy, and the handles feel a bit weak for the bag, and the tug that the shoulder strap gives on both sides makes me think that would rip after a couple uses as well.
UPDATE 1/14/25I filed an official complaint with my bank and I have been told I am getting a full refund from Luhxe. They did ask me to close the case against them. Not until I have my money...lolI, like all the others, have fallen prey to this company. I bought 3 as Christmas gifts on 11/5/24 and they haven’t even shipped. I did get offered 30% refund, but when I asked for them to give me an ETA for when I can expect the bags they keep saying they can’t tell me that! I have demanded a full refund and now they are just ignoring me. Beware!!!
