I am SO DONE with airlines treating women my age like we're helpless or stupid. Last month flying to my daughter's graduation, some snotty gate agent looked at my regular suitcase and said "Ma'am, that's clearly oversized" in the most condescending tone. I'm 58 years old and have been flying since before that kid was born! He was going to charge me $85 and acted like I should be grateful. Well Joke's on them because I ordered this bag immediately when I got home. Just flew to my sister's 60th birthday party and sailed right past the same gate agent with this bag packed to the brim. The look on his face when he had to let me through was PRICELESS. Take that, you ageist little twerp!
Terrible. They had a bogo sale I ordered 2 black roller bags. they only sent me the confirmation for one. I complained and got an “oh no “ there was a website error and they supposedly would send out the second bag separately. I received the first bag. Lo and behold no wheels! What they fail to mention on their sale website is that even if you choose the roller version they will send you the classic as roller is not part of the bogo!! It’s not as if you get a pop up stating this item is not available for the bogo! BAIT AND SWITCH!! Beware!!! I’m keeping every email and text from this company, have disputed the charge with my credit card and do not plan on paying a dime and refuse to pay a restocking fee for their false advertising!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVERY SALES PROMISE IS FRAUDULENT AND ANY PROMISE TO FIX IS A LIE. Don’t waste your time or money. I was promised free items with a sale and didn’t get them, purchased second trolley bag at a discount with first bag purchase and when second bag came was just the bag no wheeling cart. Tried to resolve. No response from customer service. Finally did get one gentleman who seemed interested in resolving and promised to escalate to management but that never happened. So I’m stuck with a bag I don’t want and can’t use and no way to return.
Important disclaimer, I have left 1 review for a product or restaurant in my life that was less than 4 stars (and it was because I had two orders shipped to me with the wrong part both times). I try to live by the rule that if you have nothing nice to say, don’t.I wish I had pleasant things to say because I waited for a couple months for this bag to go on sale. It’s been TWO months since I ordered it with no updated tracking information, the bag is still somewhere in China.I contacted customer service and they say that they are no longer responsible for the bag and that it’s shipped and will arrive. I asked if they could cancel my order as I have now gone on THREE trips where this bag would have been used and they have ZERO tracking information that is updated on the customer side.They said no to more tracking and no to cancelling and no to refunding even partially.They have a 90 day money back guarantee that only applies if the product arrives…which is really convenient since I’m encroaching on 90 days with tracking information that says “whereabouts unknown”Currently disputing this with my bank.
